Jyoti Credit Co-Op. (by Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd.) approached us to design their logo. The emphatically told us that they believe that the state of a company is only as good as the state of its employees. And it's the company's duty to not let the cloud of worry reach its employee.
Going beyond, the company said it is what it is today because of its employees' caliber. And not only was it time to give back, but give back quality, worthy of Jyoti.
To begin with, the canvas was painted with a deep shade of blue as a promise of trust that permeates through time and tide. Also, as an assurance that the execution of plans at the Co-Op. will have the same finesse as that of Jyoti CNC.
Over the years, with people in the company becoming more than just its employees, a relationship restricted to the timeclock & a paycheck is incomplete. To exemplify the achievement of totality in the relation, the joining of hands was designed in a circle with hands assuming the shape of J to assure the members of the Jyoti quality.
For the Co-Op. to be a step ahead of the employees' worries, the logo thirsted for a pop of colour which signified an institution brimming with vitality.
