Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Core PHP Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in native PHP development (without using frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable and secure web applications from scratch, writing optimized and maintainable code, and independently managing complete backend development cycles. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using Core PHP | Build robust backend systems and application architecture from scratch | Write clean, scalable, secure, and well-documented code following coding standards | Handle complete backend development including: business logic, database architecture, API development, integrations, performance optimization | Work with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS for frontend functionality and dynamic UI interactions | Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services | Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness | Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications and systems | Design and optimize MySQL databases, queries, indexes, and stored procedures | Ensure application security and implement best practices to prevent vulnerabilities such as: SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, Session Hijacking | Collaborate with designers, project coordinators, QA teams, and other developers for smooth project execution | Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices | Manage source code using Git/version control systems | Handle server deployment, hosting configuration, and basic server maintenance when required |

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing, developing, and executing test plans across multiple platforms. Experience with ERP system testing is a mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, test plans, and test scripts | Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing across web and desktop applications | Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios | Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Excel, or similar platforms | Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing/regression testing after releases | Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, checklists, and standards | Test ERP modules such as HR, Finance, Inventory, Purchase, Production, or Sales — including data migration, workflow validation, and end-to-end business process testing
