Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-precision encoder/feedback systems (optical, magnetic, capacitive) for motion control applications. Develop and optimize high-frequency signal conditioning circuits for encoder outputs. Simulate, design, and validate analog and digital circuits to ensure noise immunity and performance stability. Collaborate with mechanical and firmware teams for system-level integration of encoder solutions. Select and source suitable electronic components, balancing performance, cost, and availability. Perform prototype assembly, validation, and debugging of encoder systems. Conduct signal integrity analysis and ensure designs meet EMC and regulatory compliance. Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and test reports. Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Support production by resolving issues during prototyping and volume ramp-up. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in encoder and sensor technologies to propose innovative improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Preferably Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline. 0 to 5 years of hands-on experience. Proficiency in electronic circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, LTspice/SPICE). Strong knowledge of signal processing, filter design, and signal conditioning for encoder outputs. Experience working with microcontrollers, DSPs, or FPGAs for embedded encoder integration. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like RS-422, SPI, CANbus, PROFIBUS (PB), PROFINET (PN), etc. Understanding of materials and techniques used in high-precision encoder assemblies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in leading a team is mandatory. Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain embedded firmware in C/C++ for microcontroller-based motor control systems. Implement and optimize Field-Oriented Control (FOC) algorithms for motors such as BLDC and PMSM. Program low-level MCU peripherals (PWM, ADC, UART, SPI, CAN, timers) for real-time applications. Work on bare-metal or RTOS-based firmware development. Interface with hardware components such as inverters, sensors, and motor drivers. Conduct motor testing, calibration, and fine-tuning on real hardware setups. Debug firmware using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG/SWD debuggers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for hardware integration and system validation. Write clear and maintainable code with proper documentation and version control.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Embedded C for real-time firmware development. Working knowledge of C++, especially in embedded contexts. Understanding of motor control principles including FOC, PI loops, and modulation techniques (e.g., SVPWM). Experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, TI C2000, Infineon, NXP, etc. Familiarity with low-level driver development and interrupt-based programming. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills using hardware and software tools. Basic knowledge of power electronics related to motor drives.

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level ERP support to internal users and external clients. Handle client queries over calls and emails professionally and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.). Coordinate with technical teams for complex issues or enhancements. Document client queries, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Draft clear and concise email responses to client concerns or support requests. Train users on ERP features, modules, and best practices. Monitor system usage and support daily operations. Assist in testing, data entry, and user acceptance during ERP updates or rollouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ERP support Good understanding of core business processes and ERP functionality. Strong communication skills (spoken and written) to interact with clients and internal teams. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple queries. Basic knowledge of databases or SQL is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware. Troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and system performance. Handle user account management, email setup, and access rights. Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and track repairs/replacements. Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and warranty claims. Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person and document the same. Ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical IT issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk. Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking. Familiarity with remote support tools. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks.
